Buying Facebook Likes – A Case Study – Boost Social Media
So you’ve started a Small Business and you’ve got an awesome website up and you just created your very own Facebook page. But what now?
You’ve invited all your family and friends to like your page but you’re not getting any results from your venture into Social Media. The marketer in me would say, “Create better content, interact more with fans and work on your inbound marketing to build your online business presence!” but small business owner in me knows that to do all that you need time and the one things small business owners don’t have is TIME!
Some of you might already know that there are a number of services out there that can get you Facebook likes… for a fee. So where do you buy Facebook likes? Well, I asked myself the same question and decided to do some research and I’d recommend you do the same, there are quite a few options out there and some can be fraudulent websites.
For the sake of this Case Study, I decided to go with Boost Social Media, they offer many different options, seemed reputable and for the sake of testing were priced reasonably. I won’t go into any detail on their pricing, you can check that out yourself by visiting their website. But for this Case Study I have decided to go for Global Facebook Likes, this may not work for small businesses in Geelong but that is what I am trying to find out, whether having X amount of Facebook likes, no matter where they are from, can actually drive traffic to your website.
I will kick off this venture next week and keep you all posted on how it all goes. Currently, on the 9th of January 2014, our Facebook page has only 8 Likes! Yes, they’re all my family and friends 🙂
I will revisit this Case Study in about two weeks to give you guys all an update!
Wish me luck!
